Google Street View has ventured indoors and it's first skyscraper available for 360-degree viewing is Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building.

Google Street View has captured many remarkable images from around the planet.

Now, the first skyscraper available for comprehensive viewing through Google Street View is Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building.

Making it happen required them to modify their street trekker and trolley equipment -- and to find a documentation team not afraid of heights.

Their efforts were a success and the team was able to capture many of the building's superlative attractions.

Included in the tour are the world's highest occupied floor -- the 163rd; the world's highest swimming pool -- located on the 76th floor, and a glance around the highest public observation deck -- found on the 124th floor.

As if that weren't enough, the team hung outside the 80th floor in a window-washer basket and braved 40 mile per hour winds to get additional exterior views.

It took about three days to film the over 27 hundred foot tall building.
